Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Services
Generative engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews write answers instead of listing links. GEO is the work of making your brand one of the sources those answers rely on, cite, and recommend.
The problem
Customers are asking AI who to hire, and it isn't naming you.
More buyers now start research by asking an AI assistant: which accounting firm handles small business taxes, what's the best project tool for agencies, which roofer in Phoenix is reliable. The assistant answers with a short list. If you're not on it, you never get the chance to compete.
Generative engines decide who to mention based on what they can find and trust. They look for clear, factual pages, consistent information about your business across the web, and mentions from credible third parties. Traditional SEO covers part of this, but not all of it.
Most brands have no idea how they appear in AI answers. They've never checked, and the answers change by engine, by phrasing, and over time.
My approach
Measure how AI describes you, then give it better material.
I begin by tracking a set of prompts your customers are likely to ask across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. For each, I record whether you're mentioned, how you're described, and which sources are cited. That becomes your baseline.
Then I improve the inputs. That means clear entity information about who you are and what you do, answer-first content on the topics AI engines cover, structured data, consistent profiles on the platforms AI tools draw from, and earned mentions on credible sites. Each month I re-run the prompts and report on changes.

FAQ
Questions about GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Have another question? Email hello@hamzamajeed.me.
What is the difference between GEO and SEO?
SEO focuses on ranking pages in search results. GEO focuses on being used and cited in AI-generated answers. They share a foundation, but GEO adds prompt tracking, entity work, and content written to be quoted.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
No. AI answers vary by phrasing, user, and model updates, and no one controls them. I measure your visibility consistently and improve the signals AI engines use, then report honestly on what changes.
Which AI engines do you track?
ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews by default. Others, such as Microsoft Copilot, can be added.
Do I still need regular SEO?
Yes. AI engines often draw on pages that already rank well in search. Strong SEO makes GEO work better, which is why the GEO/AEO Program includes core SEO support.
How long does GEO take?
Some changes, like fixing inconsistent business facts, can show up quickly. Building authority and citations usually takes three to six months.
Is GEO the same as AEO?
They overlap. AEO focuses on formatting answers so engines can extract them directly. GEO is broader and includes brand and entity signals. My GEO/AEO Program covers both.
